This kind of keel machine uses strip steel as raw material and is formed by continuous cold rolling to produce complex section profiles (products include: light steel keel, paint keel, cassette keel, various building profiles(C/U/Omega profiles), steel structures, steel-lined door frame profiles, high-speed guardrails Blocks, etc.) and different specifications of cold-bending and paint-baking units are controlled by PLC.

Components and Technical Specification:

1.Manual Decoiler: 

It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it by hand.

Inner diameter: 470-530mm

2. Feeding Table

Put the raw material(steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.

3.Main Roller

Material of rollers:High Grade 45# steel，roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

4. Hydraulic System

hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.

5. Computer Control Cabinet

The target piece`s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use

6. Shearing Mechanism

It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.

Material of blades: Cr12, quenching treatment

7.Output Table

It adopts welded steel and supported roller to transmit the products, which is used to collect the finished products.

Shiping and loading

Before loading to container, we will check and test machine frist.
Second, make some protection on the machine. Such as, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts, paint the oil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and shaft got corrosion and rusty during long time delievery.
Third, we will fix all the parts into container by steel wire rope. And ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take photos and videos for customer when loading to container, so that the customer can take out the machine easily when receive the goods.
